Design for the store portal of headlight.com
How to get the attention of the viewer without frightening him.

Tasks:
[1] Extending the brand identity and understanding of e-learning.
[2] Solving usability issues which prevent visitors from buying a course.
[3] Staying in the technical constrains which are given through the current publishing system.

Solution:
[•] Analyzing the existing web site and documenting the critical usability issues.
[•] Setting up a workshop with the client to define the goals of the web site, mid-term and long-term.
[•] Defining content models for the whole site and the crucial pages in comparison of the four goals - attract, educate, convert and support the user.
[•] Analyze certain elements on the page about how they fulfill those goals. Inventing new elements who can fulfill those goals.
[•] Arranging those elements for each page as the fundament for the design process.
[•] Creating HTML prototype to check the usability simultaneously
